For over 19 years Jeanette Gordon has been a servant leader in the social service space throughout Palm Beach County, Broward and Miami-Dade. The span of her work has included housing, HIV/AIDS, Reentry, Workforce Development, Racial Inequities within Systems and Behavioral and Mental Health; with a consistent focus on the advancement of underserved communities.

In April 2024, Palm Health Foundation and partners convened at the Community Changemakers Gathering to celebrate the Culture of Health Network that formed The Community Changemakers Fund, and learn about the projects that applied for and received funding to continue their health advancement work.
